Fort Lauderdale, FL – The Seven Isles house was a well situated but unimaginative waterfront property in need of substantial updating. The general layout and structure of the existing house was preserved while a sense of warmth and connectivity with the exterior was introduced. The waterfront pool, dock and rear yard were redesigned to visually integrate with the up-dated home and expand the outdoor entertainment possibilities.
