Muscat, Oman – DIRA Sanctuary and Retreat is located on the arid and spectacular seaside hills of the Gulf of Oman. DIRA is envisioned as a destination for spiritual growth with a resident teaching community and accommodations for visiting students. Woodhouse Architecture worked closely the DIRA team and 23 Degrees North Architecture, on site in Oman, to conceive of a comprehensive master plan supported by a series of concept sketches meant to better describe nature of the Retreat.
