Canberra, Australia – Inka Restaurant and Bar is based upon a Peruvian-Japanese fusion concept that informs the enticing cuisine of the celebrity chef and the design of the lively and rather exotic interiors. Early concept development and descriptive sketches were produced in collaboration with Studio Barbis of Lima, Peru and were instrumental in moving the project forward. The resulting interiors are an intriguing mélange of artfully woven South American and Japanese influences.
