Harbor Beach, FL – The Lobby, Recreation Room and common spaces of this 1960’s mid-rise condominium tower on the beach had never been updated and were in dire need of attention. A patchwork of existing spaces were reorganized and revamped to include new fixtures finishes and furnishings appropriate to the relaxed elegance of a beachfront residential tower.
