Fort Lauderdale, Fl – A 1920’s bungalow style home situated on a large, beautiful but underutilized property needed a full remodel which included reconfiguring and adding to the existing home, removing and replacing a crumbling garage/guest house and the addition of a pool/spa with new hardscape, decks and pool house.
