Fort Lauderdale, Fl –An existing traditional home on a large corner lot was initially slated for an extensive remodel. After several discussions with the owners it was clear that an entirely new home was in fact, called for. The resulting design provides a fully contemporary home that retains the charm of the original and takes full advantage of the idyllic site. The new residence and grounds were designed to maximize the flow between the living spaces and lush, tropical grounds while preserving a sense of privacy toward the neighborhood streets.
